Important Guest Information: Planned Maintenance Works (February-May 2026)

To ensure we continue to deliver the very best experience for our guests, The View from The Shard will be carrying out essential improvement works between February and May 2026

During this period, certain areas of the attraction will be temporarily closed at selected times. While we aim to keep disruption to a minimum, please be aware that:

There will be no step free access between Levels 68 and 69 between 06 April-31 May.
There are approximately 19 steps from Level 68 to Level 69.
This may affect guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users, as alternative step-free routes will not be available during these times.
Additional partial closures of areas within the viewing platforms may also occur.
Level 72 will remain closed throughout the planned maintenance
